Relax Black Hills provides luxury restroom trailer rentals for weddings, events, construction and job sites, and other occasions in the Black Hills region of South Dakota. Availability, pricing, and specific trailer features are subject to confirmation.
Any quote, estimate, or pricing information provided through this website or in response to an inquiry is for informational purposes only and is not a binding offer. A rental is confirmed only once both parties agree to the details in writing and any required deposit is received.
Each confirmed rental is governed by a separate rental agreement that sets out delivery, setup, servicing, payment, deposit, cancellation, and other terms specific to your event. In the event of a conflict, that signed rental agreement controls over these Terms.
Cancellation and refund terms are specified in your rental agreement. Please contact us as early as possible if your plans change.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relax Black Hills, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific rental at issue.
